How do assembly robots work?

Assembly robots utilize advanced control algorithms and 2D/3D vision systems to dynamically recognize part orientation and precisely position them with submillimeter accuracy. Equipped with modern sensors and vision systems, they can dynamically respond to changing operating conditions, adapting to production parameters.

One of the key elements of assembly robot operation is programming. Intuitive user interfaces enable the quick creation and modification of movement sequences, allowing changes to be made to the production process without the need to engage specialized teams.

Assembly robots also stand out for their high repeatability. Each operation is performed with the same precision, eliminating the risk of errors and ensuring consistent quality of the final products. This allows us to maintain high quality standards regardless of production volume.

Another distinguishing feature of our assembly robots is their energy efficiency. When operating in optimized mode, they consume minimal electricity, which translates into significant operating savings in the long run.

Safety and ISO standards when working with assembly robots

All RoboSaveX assembly robots meet the stringent safety standards ISO 10218-1 and ISO/TS 15066, allowing for They can work safely side-by-side with humans without any barriers. Thanks to advanced collision detection and avoidance mechanisms, they can work alongside humans without the need for additional safeguards.

Working safely with assembly robots is one of our top priorities. Our assembly robots are equipped with numerous protective systems that minimize the risk of accidents and collisions when working with humans.

Each assembly robot has built-in force and torque sensors that immediately detect any irregularities in contact with the environment. This means that if the robot encounters an obstacle, it automatically stops its work, protecting both the operator and itself from damage.

Compliance with the applicable ISO 10218-1 and ISO/TS 15066 safety standards is another advantage of our assembly robots. All of our assembly robots meet international standards, giving customers the confidence that they are investing in proven and safe technologies.

FAQ - questions and answers about assembly robots

What is the warranty on assembly robots?

The standard warranty is one year of full warranty + 6 months for commissioning and implementing the robot. There is an option to extend the warranty to a total of 5 years for an additional fee.

Does the robot require regular servicing?

The Dobot assembly robots we offer do not require the classic, cyclical maintenance activities associated with traditional mechanics, such as lubrication, belt replacement, etc.

What if the cobot fails?

We act quickly and specifically - we diagnose and replace the specific component that is actually causing the problem. With our robots, it's possible to very precisely diagnose the specific part that's causing the problem, which in most cases eliminates the need for costly replacements, large parts assemblies, and replacing an entire joint is usually a last resort.

If the robot can't be repaired and restored to working order within 7 days, we provide a new robot, which is sent to you, and the existing one is then sent to the service center for a thorough diagnostics and repair.

What processes are robots suitable for? assembly?
