With the safety, performance, flexibility and ease of use of the CR series, the CR3A exceeds the payload limit of 3 kg, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 620 mm, the CR3A can meet the demands of heavy picking, packaging, palletizing and welding in the automotive, appliance, logistics and metal processing industries.
User-friendly design for faster implementation
CRA utilizes the industry's first dual-channel end effector that can directly interface with multiple end-effectors. It also has a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating status.
The CRA series has a maximum working radius of 1700 mm and a maximum load capacity of 20 kg. Thanks to the advanced motion control algorithm, the robot operates more stably and residual vibrations are reduced by 50% during quick emergency stops.
24 IO ports for more flexibility
CRA supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly to PLCs. It features 24 digital IO ports with industry-leading PNP and NPN switching support, making it easy to expand applications.
High level of protection for more secure collaboration
Both the robot body and the control box achieve a high IP54 protection level. In the event of an overload, the robot will automatically trigger an alarm. The CRA is also equipped with innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop distance of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
