DOBOT MG400 is a lightweight stationary robot with a footprint smaller than one A4 sheet of paper. Designed to be flexible in deployment, easy to use, and safe to operate, the MG400 makes automation affordable and accessible for a variety of low-volume production scenarios. With a payload of 750g, a maximum reach of 440mm, manual guidance, and collision detection, the MG400 is truly the ideal solution for light industrial stationary applications that require rapid deployment and changeover.

With a size of 190mm x 190mm, the MG400 is compact enough to fit into any production environment. The MG400 will work in any space smaller than one sheet of A4 paper.
Small size - professional performance
The M400 is equipped with servo motors with a high-precision absolute encoder. Combined with a self-developed servo drive and controller, the robot's repeatability is measured to ±0.05 mm. Thanks to the vibration damping algorithm in controller and the assured accuracy of the multi-axis motion trajectory, the repeatability band stabilization time is accelerated by 60% and the residual vibration by 70%.
