DOBOT MG400 is a lightweight stationary robot with a footprint smaller than one A4 sheet of paper. With a payload of 750g, a maximum reach of 440mm, manual guidance, and collision detection, the MG400 is truly the ideal solution for light industrial stationary applications that require rapid deployment and changeover.
Takes up little space
With a size of 190mm x 190mm, the MG400 is compact enough to fit into any production environment. The MG400 will work in any space smaller than one sheet of A4 paper.
Small size - professional performance
The M400 is equipped with servo motors with a high-precision absolute encoder. Combined with a self-developed servo drive and controller, the robot's repeatability is measured to ±0.05 mm. Thanks to the vibration damping algorithm in controller and the assured accuracy of the multi-axis motion trajectory, the repeatability band stabilization time is accelerated by 60% and the residual vibration by 70%.
