Air preparation system
The base has a factory-installed pneumatic preparation block with control valves, filters, and an air supply interface. The system guarantees distribution with flow rates exceeding 350-500 NL/min.
Armed automation cabinet
Inside the base body is a complete electrical cabinet with power and signal distribution systems. The external panel houses LAN connectors, dedicated ports for laser scanners, and PLC control interfaces.
Telescopic Column (Elevator)
The integrated vertical axis allows for smooth, automatic adjustment of the robot's mounting height during operation. This allows for a maximum pallet stack height of up to 2640 mm, optimizing the arm's trajectory.
