Delivery of parts for testingFirst, please contact our Process Engineer, who will send you a form with basic information about the components and expected results, and advise on the best way to ship the parts for testing. 2. Online meetingWe know that time is precious. Therefore, to save both you and our employees time, we practice short online meetings during which we discuss your needs. Our Process Engineer and FLEXIBOWL Application Specialist will be present at these meetings. We discuss your goals and expected process efficiency and answer any questions you may have at this stage. |
3. Component TestingOnce we have the necessary information to run the tests, we begin the tests, which, depending on the complexity of the detail, last from 1-3 weeks . |
4. EvaluationAfter completing the tests, we prepare an evaluation for you, which includes: the specification of the feeding system, a video of the feeding operation on the selected robot , a detailed quote and confirmation of the guaranteed project completion time. |

A flexible deflector equipped with fine, technical bristles. It prevents jamming and damage to sensitive components by moving them away from edges.

Wedge diverter
An advanced part trajectory deflection system. It consists of a special wedge positioned directly between the steel surface and the rotating disk.

Personalized Grooved Disc
A special disc with grooves milled to the customer's individual part shape stabilizes the position of parts and prevents them from moving randomly.

Multiple parts feeding
Advanced blade configuration divided into separate zones. Allows for feeding of different component types.
