The arm also features a highly visible status indicator located at the base and head, allowing operators to intuitively and instantly recognize the machine's current operating status on the production floor.

Implementing a completely new, advanced, next-generation motion control algorithm, the robot operates with exceptional stability across the full load spectrum, and residual vibrations on the end tool are reduced by 50% during quick emergency stops (E-STOPs).

The cobot's design has been adapted to harsh industrial conditions – both the CR10AS robot's durable body and its control cabinet achieve a high IP54 environmental protection level . Should any axial overload occur, the robot automatically activates an immediate health and safety alarm. The system is also equipped with innovative electromagnetic brake protection , which drastically reduces the end-of-line tool drop distance to an absolute minimum in the event of a sudden power failure.
