The software allows for precise current parameter definition directly from the robot interface, crater fill functionality, gas delay control, and advanced, programmable weaving movements (sinusoidal, triangular, and trapezoidal weaving). This allows the station to easily perform tasks using MIG/MAG, TIG, and modern laser welding technologies.
Flexible implementations
Dedicated DOBOT welding packages offer immediate hardware and software compatibility with leading power sources (including Fronius, Lincoln Electric, Kemppi, OTC, and Megmeet) via digital I/O or industrial protocols. The cobot's lightweight and compact design allows for rapid integration with mobile carts or existing extraction tables, enabling rapid station setup and seamless relocation within the workshop to meet current production needs.
